class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A partir del 1 de enero de 2019, el Proyecto de Ley Senatorial 1421 (SB 1421) modific\u00f3 la Secci\u00f3n 832.7 del C\u00f3digo Penal y permiti\u00f3 el acceso p\u00fablico a los registros del personal policial relacionados con informes, investigaciones y hallazgos a trav\u00e9s de la Ley de Registros P\u00fablicos de California (\u201cPRA\u201d) en las siguientes categor\u00edas:<\/p><p>(A) registros relacionados con el informe, la investigaci\u00f3n o los hallazgos de (i) un incidente relacionado con un tiroteo en el que particip\u00f3 un oficial; o (ii) un incidente que involucr\u00f3 el uso de la fuerza por parte de un oficial que result\u00f3 en muerte o lesiones corporales graves.<\/p><p>(B) registros relacionados con un incidente que involucre un hallazgo confirmado de agresi\u00f3n sexual por parte de un oficial que involucre a un miembro del p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>(C) registros relacionados con un incidente que involucre un hallazgo sostenido de deshonestidad por parte de un oficial directamente relacionado con el informe, investigaci\u00f3n o procesamiento de un delito o una investigaci\u00f3n de mala conducta por parte de otro oficial.<\/p><p>Si est\u00e1 interesado en registros que califican seg\u00fan PC 832.7, que no se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n, puede enviar una solicitud de PRA a la
