El 12 de diciembre de 2018, detectives de la Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Ventura concluyeron una investigaci\u00f3n de venta de narc\u00f3ticos contra Carlos Rojas Solano de Long Beach, quien estuvo involucrado en el transporte de narc\u00f3ticos al Condado de Ventura.<\/p>\n

El 12 de diciembre de 2018, los detectives se comunicaron con Solano en la cuadra 500 de N. Ventu Park Road en Thousand Oaks. Los detectives registraron el veh\u00edculo de Solano de conformidad con la investigaci\u00f3n. Durante la b\u00fasqueda, los detectives encontraron un kilogramo de hero\u00edna "China White" escondida dentro del veh\u00edculo. La hero\u00edna China White es una hero\u00edna de mayor calidad mezclada con el potente analg\u00e9sico sint\u00e9tico, fentanilo. El fentanilo es extremadamente potente, peligroso y se ha relacionado con un aumento de sobredosis fatales y no fatales en el condado de Ventura. La hero\u00edna China White incautada tiene un valor estimado en la calle de $180,000.00 a $200,000.00.<\/p>\n

La Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales de la Oficina del Sheriff incluye detectives del Departamento de Polic\u00eda de Oxnard, quienes ayudaron en la investigaci\u00f3n. La Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales est\u00e1 comprometida a combatir agresivamente las ventas de narc\u00f3ticos y ayudar a combatir las sobredosis de opi\u00e1ceos en el condado de Ventura.<\/p>\n

Solano fue fichado en la c\u00e1rcel de East Valley por violaci\u00f3n de la secci\u00f3n 11351 del C\u00f3digo de Salud y Seguridad: Posesi\u00f3n para venta de una sustancia controlada.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
