On 12/11/2025 at approximately 1000 hours, an unidentified adult male suspect exposed himself and performed a lewd act in front of an adult female victim. The incident occurred while the victim was using the Calleguas Creek bike path under Mission Oaks Boulevard. The suspect did not approach the victim or communicate with the victim in any way, and the victim was able to promptly leave the area and call 911. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 25-35 years old, with dark curly hair, and a dark beard. The suspect was possibly wearing a green jacket and blue shoes.
