On December 28, 2025, patrol deputies from the Thousand Oaks Police Station responded to the 800 block of Kenmore Circle in Newbury Park, California, regarding a series of thefts from vehicles and attempted vehicle burglaries in the neighborhood. Deputies determined the suspect primarily targeted unlocked vehicles parked in residential driveways. The suspect ransacked the vehicles and stole numerous items valued at several hundred dollars, including property containing personal identifying information.
