On November 13th and November 20th, 2025, members of the Camarillo Community Resources Unit and Camarillo City Code Enforcement conducted tobacco decoy operations, using underage decoys. The operation resulted in four misdemeanor citations. The goal of the operation is to limit underage access to tobacco products and confirm businesses are operating within the law.
