On 11/24/2025, a concerned Ventura County resident called Sheriff’s Dispatch to report three suspicious individuals who were sitting inside of a parked vehicle. The individuals appeared to be drinking alcohol and using narcotics. There was a heightened level of concern because the individuals were in the parking lot of the Ojai Skateboard Park and there were a large number of children in and around the skateboard park.
