The Ventura County Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (VCLECC) has launched the Blue Envelope Program. This is a collaborative effort from all law enforcement agencies in Ventura County. The Blue Envelope Program is a compassionate initiative aimed at improving communication, fostering greater understanding and creating safer interactions between law enforcement and the communities we serve.
