On 02/12/26 at approximately 2158 hours, deputies assigned to the Moorpark Police Department patrol services responded to a robbery in progress near Los Angeles Avenue and Spring Road, in the city of Moorpark. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the victim who stated a male subject had battered him and stole his phone. The victim was transported to the hospital due to the injuries he sustained during the incident.
